TetraCare and all underlying software, AI models, workflows, designs, and documentation are owned by Tetracare Technologies Corporation and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You retain full ownership of your content uploaded to or created within TetraCare. We do not claim ownership of customer data, documents, or organizational information.
We strive to maintain consistent platform availability. However, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We are not liable for scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or changes required for security, compliance, or system integrity purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data remains subject to the Data Processing Agreement and applicable data retention requirements. You may request data export in accordance with your service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict- of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
