All subprocessors are contractually bound to the following commitments:
No subprocessor may use customer data for model training or improvement purposes
No subprocessor retains customer content beyond the immediate processing requirement
All subprocessors maintain security certifications appropriate to their function
Changes to subprocessors are communicated with at least 30 days advance notice
